This project belongs to the educators and in order to help this working class and future builders of the country become housewives. These twin towers include a total of 906 residential, commercial, sports and service units.

According to the scale and specifications, it is one of the important projects of Qazvin city and province.
Also, due to the fact that the form plan of 20 to 30 floors is curved with a high slope, the GFRC panels of this tower in the mentioned floors have a variety of type of parts and have a curvature in accordance with the form of this building.
